This special dress by Pantel (of Montreal) features a shirred bodice - front and back - for a flattering fit, contrasting white pointed collar and deep white cuffs and the entire dress is accented with the cutest red buttons up the front (total of 14 buttons) as well as two buttons on the wrist cuffs. Ankle length. You can leave some of the buttons open on the skirt for warmer days. Soft cotton or cotton blend. Unlined.
