Late 1940s / early 1950s navy lightweight wool gabardine 2 piece suit - jacket and skirt. Gorgeous silhouette with darted and gored tailoring and a flared peplum. Jacket is a double breasted design with 10 fabric covered buttons, modified scoop neckline with small rounded collar and slight dolman sleeves. Sleeves are cuffed. Jacket is lined. Skirt has a slight a-line with side metal zipper and button. Unlined.
