1940s Simplicity sewing pattern 2173, for your vintage accessories

Rare vintage 1947 Simplicity 2173 accessory set sewing pattern for 2 hats, a handbag and gloves (size 7 1/2) with 14 pieces. This pattern features 1) a shoulder strap bag with an extended flap front; 2) halo hat; 3) helmet type hat with scalloped edge; and 4) gloves, fitted with pin tucks.

Suggested fabrics for hats and bag: felt, taffeta, wool or rayon flannel, gingham, linen, pique, and wool broadcloth.

Suggested fabrics for gloves: jersey, taffeta, gingham, pique, satin, wool crepe.

Pattern for halo hat is used; patterns for handbag, gloves and helmet style hat is uncut. All patterns are complete, in very good usable condition and includes instructions. The pattern envelope is in fair condition.

Measurements: please allow a little extra room for comfortable fit and ease of movement.
