Vintage Butterick women’s peasant blouses - 4 styles - printed sewing pattern, no. 6927, circa 1954 with 8 pieces:
(A) Accessorize as you please - blouse with merest hint of sleeve, shirting at neck: (B) Add a demure puffed sleeve. (C) Gay times ahead - blouse with deep ruffle of eyelet edging. (D) Ruffe creates a sleeve effect. There are 8 pieces.

Condition: Complete, Instruction sheet included, pattern pieces are printed, complete. The two ruffle pieces are UNCUT - the other 6 pieces are cut and in good condition. Pattern envelope shows age with the right side flap unglued and tiny tears in the right hand corner and along the top flap. Instruction sheet and outer pattern envelope have yellowed. Verified all pieces are present. Name “Mrs M Kennedy” has been written on the front of the pattern envelope.
