This 1980s Gaston Jaunet of France bright floral sundress reminds me of all the romance and colours of the Mediterranean. This sweet whimsical abstract floral dress is designed in a halter style and has a button back. Constructed from 100% cotton, this lovely print evokes memories of easy breezy summer days along the Mediterranean with bright greens, blues, red, orange and purple abstract batik like foliage. Feminine, flirty vibes style with halter style bodice, drop waistline, cross straps in the back and button back. Made in France.
The dress is shown on a modern size 6-8 mannequin and is very snug. Label says vintage size 10.
Measurements: please allow a little extra room for comfortable fit and ease of movement. Item is laid flat, measurements are taken and then doubled for the bust. For best fit, please compare these measurements to a dress you currently own.
