Shipping policy

✩ Domestic packages ship via Regular Mail (domestic only). Expedited shipping can be arranged prior to purchase.

✩ U.S.A -  packages ship via USPS First-Class mail with delivery confirmation (3 - 5 days delivery) or via Priority Mail 1-4 days. Expedited mail shipping can be arranged prior to purchase.

✩ International: please allow 3-75 business days for delivery. International buyers, please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

Purchases will be shipped within 1 - 4 business days.

✩ Retrouver.biz Vintage is not responsible for lost packages. All packages are shipped with tracking & insurance where possible. Some countries do not not support tracking and insurance. If this is the case we will contact you to make other arrangements and possibly cancel your order. Once a package has left our hands and has entered the postal system, Retrouver.biz Vintage is not responsible for lost orders. We will provide you with the information we have and work with you to track you item.
