Refund policy

We only accept returns, or exchanges, for a shop credit. Please ask questions, request additional measurements or photos before purchasing your item. We are happy to assist you because it is important to us that you love your new purchase! 

If a flaw has escaped my attention, please contact me within 2 days after you have received your purchase. I am happy to work with you to remedy the situation. I will review returns in this way on a case-to-case basis. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Vintage items require special care. I am not responsible for any damage or deterioration that may occur after you have received your item.

Order Cancellation:
We are not able to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.  Please be certain you are ready to make your purchase before ordering.

A $25 fee will be subtracted from your refund if you have inadvertently purchased an item; again reviewed on a case-to-case basis.

Out of Stock:
Occasionally, there may be an inventory discrepancy or error and something you order online may be out of stock. In this case, you will be emailed and asked if you'd like something else or the order will be canceled and refunded.

Returns or Exchanges                                                                                                                                                                               Please email us at Retrouver.biz@rogers.com with your order number and item description within 48 hours of receiving your item. After we agree to exchange if for a store credit, return the item in the condition you received it within 7 business days. We will confirm receipt and issue your credit. Please note that the amount credited will only be the price of the item and does not include shipping or customs fees etc.
