1990s black velvet-style Christmas vest embroidered ribbons & bells vest | medium

This is not a tacky xmas sweater! It has festive fun on a vintage velveteen vest with embroidered ribbons, holy and bells. The vest has an open front with belted back that can be adjusted for the best fit. The open front allows for various bust sizes. It measures 36" laid flat and closed. Please refer to the pictures for details.

Measurements: please allow a little extra room for comfortable fit and ease of movement. Item is laid flat, measurements are taken and then doubled for the bust and waist.
