1950s barkcloth Cheongsam styled dress in ocean colours
Gorgeous 1950s Cheongsam styled dress in ocean colours. This dress features an alluring hourglass silhouette with princess seams, mandarin collar, short sleeves and abstract pattern in hues of the sea in greens, blues and turquoise. Centre bodice is decorated with 5 dark chocolate satin toggles. Two side slits. Dress is a gorgeous light weight barkcloth-like fabric and is unlined. Centre back zipper. Perfect for any time of year! Exquisite.
Measurements: please allow a little extra room for comfortable fit and ease of movement. Item is laid flat, measurements are taken and then doubled for the bust, waist and hips.

Condition: very good vintage condition. There is a small spot that is very faint on the front just below the toggle decoration. Please refer to the last 2 photos. It is so slight that I had to darken the colors so the camera would capture it. It is extremely minor but I wanted to note it. I did give the dress a quick wash but didn't scrub the spot mainly because I didn't notice it untill I was photographing it under bright lights. It is very faint and other than that the dress is ready to wear.
